So many of us are desperate to go on holiday this year. The last twelve months really has taken its toll on many of us and it may be that your holiday last year got cancelled. With the current isolation rules in place for people returning from a long list of countries, you may decide that it is going to be a good idea to try and stay local. The problem is everyone one else is also thinking the same thing. This means there is a going to be a higher demand for places at campsites, hotels and holiday homes in the UK and many of them have already reported how booked up they are getting. On top of this, many owners are having to accommodate bookings that were taken last year which have had to be moved forward to this year.

If you do desperately want to go away this year you need to book it as far in advance as possible. It may be that you have to be put on a waiting list, in which they will contact you when they have availability. Don’t be tempted to leave it until the last minute as this may well mean that you miss out completely.
