So many people are looking forward to finally being able to go on holiday abroad again as many restrictions begin to be lifted. Often when you are on holiday, the last thing you want to think about is cooking so eating out is a treat to look forward to.
You may decide to go self-catering and either prepare some meals yourself or eat out at different restaurants each day or you may go all-inclusive and eat the majority if not all of your meals at the resort where you are staying. There are advantages and disadvantages to both and you may decide to alternate your board type each time you go away. Before deciding, have a good look through the information for the resort. Find out how many restaurants are on site that are included in the all-inclusive price and what types of food they serve.
If you decide to go self-catering, make sure that you remember to factor the cost of meals into your holiday budget as this can very quickly add up to over £100 a pay for two of you.
If you go all inclusive, you could always have one or two nights where you eat away from the resort so you can sample some of the other restaurants in the area.
