One of the most popular activities on a beach in summer is parasailing, and this is where you’re basically lifted up behind a speed boat with a parasail, while you’re able to enjoy the scenery from a birds-eye view. The only downside is that you’re almost dry by the time your journey comes to an end and you have to land back in the sea to be soaking wet again.

In Greece there’s usually the chance to have a go in a ringo, which is basically a ring on the sea being towed quickly by a speed boat. You do stand a good chance of falling off though in this activity, depending on how fast the boat is travelling and how harsh the waves are.
